It
appears that, earlier the attempts were made for visitation, but the
child has declined to meet the father. Under the circumstances, we
find that it would be just and proper, if the applicant is permitted
to talk with the child on telephone once in a month i.e. on first
Sunday between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m. The opponent – respondent
shall also permit the same.

Learned
Advocate Mrs. Sangita Pahwa, appearing for the opponent has
undertaken to supply the telephone number to Mr. Bhrahmbatt, learned
Advocate for the applicant.

In
view of above, the present application is disposed of accordingly.
