Having
heard Mr. L.B.Dabhi, learned APP for the Applicant State of
Gujarat and on perusal of the impugned judgment and order acquitting
Respondent accused of the offences punishable under Sections
498A, 306, 323, 504 read with Section 114 of the Indian Penal Code,
according to us, this is a fit case to grant leave to file appeal.
Hence, leave to file appeal is granted.

This
application stands disposed of accordingly.
