“Leave to Add Resp.No.2-Labour Court.

Heard Mr.Desai for petitioner. He has
already filed Recovery Application No.325 of 1994 before
the Labour Court at Ahmedabad and for the same reliefs.
In view thereof Mr.Desai seeks leave to withdraw the
present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as
withdrawn. Respondent No.2, Labour Court,shall decide
the Recovery Application expeditiously and preferably
before the end of the year of 1995. Writ to go down to
the 2nd respondent forthwith.”
