considered the submission made by Mr. R.C. Kodekar, learned APP,
for the applicant – State of Gujarat and a perusal of the
impugned judgment and order dated 9.7.2010, rendered in Sessions
Case No. 169 of 2008, by learned Additional Sessions Judge &
Presiding Officer, 3rd Fast Track Court, Mehsana, Camp at
Visnagar, acquitting the respondents- original accused Nos. 4, 5 and
6 of the offences under Sections 364, 307 and 114 of the Indian
Penal Code, according to us, this is a fit case to grant Leave to
file appeal.

2 Hence,
Leave to file Appeal is granted.

3 This
application stands disposed of accordingly.
