On
5th August 2011, at the request of learned counsel for the
applicant, the matter was adjourned to 10th August 2011.
On 10th August 2011 he filed sick-note and therefore
matter stood adjourned to 23rd August 2011 and thereafter
it was adjourned to today.

Today,
after arguing the matter for some time, having found that the Court
is not inclined to entertain the application, he sought adjournment.
Hence, by way of last chance, matter is adjourned to 19th
September 2011.
