ORAL ORDER

Rule is not received back for respondent No.3. Await
receipt of rule for respondent No.3 for a week. The
office is directed to list this matter on final hearing
board after one week in seriatim as per chronological
order of actual date of execution of detention order on
detenue, in each case, keeping in mind the Register which
has been ordered to be kept and maintained. However, in
case its turns falls for listing in the court before one
weeks, the matter may not be listed for one weeks from
today.
