1 Today
when the matter is called out, Mr. Aftabhusen Ansari, learned
Advocate for the respondent – alleged contemnor H.M. De, upon
instructions received from the respondent – alleged contemnor
H.M. De, who is personally present before the court, states that
the respondent – alleged contemnor H.M. De, shall vacate and
hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of the premises in
question, on or before 18.12.2010, for which he had filed the
Undertaking on 9.4.2009. Therefore, he prays to adjourn the matter
for a period of four weeks.
2 The
prayer made by Mr. Ansari, learned Advocate for the
respondent-alleged contemnor, has not been opposed by Mr.
A.R.Majmudar, learned Advocate for the applicant.
3 Hence,
by consent of the learned Advocate for the parties, the matter is
adjourned to 20.12.2010. On that day, the respondent –
alleged contemnor H.M.De is directed to remain present before the
Court.
