This
is an application for condonation of delay in filing the letters
patent appeal.

We
are constrained to observe that the order impugned was passed in the
year 2001 is of such quality which does not deserve interference by
this Court. Hence, the same is dismissed.

In
view of the dismissal of application for condonation of delay,
letters patent appeal does not survive and the same is disposed of
accordingly.
