this application, the applicant -original appellant seeks amendment
to the main petition, i.e. Special Civil Application No.12315 of
2004, which is yet to be restored. The application is, therefore,
premature and cannot be entertained, at this stage. Even otherwise,
such an application should be preferred before the learned Single
Judge, who would be seized of the matter. The application,
therefore, stands rejected.
