plaintiffs.

Advocates for the appellants invited attention of the Court to the
order impugned passed below Notice of Motion in Civil Suit No.531 of
2010 by the learned Chamber Judge, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad dated
12.03.2010.

3. Despite
his strenuous efforts, learned Advocate for the appellants is not
able to convince this Court that the order warrants any interference
at the hands of this Court. Hence, this Appeal from Order fails and
the same is dismissed.
