Mr.

Niral R. Mehta, learned Advocate, for the petitioner stated that
the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Charity Commissioner
is fixed for hearing in the first week of May, 2010. In above view
of the matter, no order is passed in the present petition and is
disposed of accordingly. However, it is open for the petitioner to
approach this Court if the appeal is not decided on the date fixed
for hearing.
