ORAL ORDER
This Report being presented by the Ld. Official
Liquidator of GSTC Limited in liquidation can be disposed
of, by permitting the Ld. Official Liquidator to continue
the services of the advocates, who are already incharge
of the matter. The Official Liquidator in alternative is
also permitted to have the services of other lawyers in
place of those lawyers. The necessary expenditure shall
have to be incurred. Ld. Oficial Liquidator can present a
fresh report regarding the fees of the learned
advocates. Direction (a) is accordingly granted.
Direction (b) is for the permission or direction
to the learned Official Liquidator for incurring the
necessary expenses for the payment of the insurance
charges of various units. This prayer is also granted.
The Official Liquidator’s Report therefore stands
disposed of with the above said orders/directions.
