ORAL ORDER

Heard Mr Shah, party-in-person. This appeal is
against the order of the learned single Judge in First
Appeal 7226 of 1995 whereby the learned Judge has
directed the restoration of Civil Suit No.5107 of 1994.
It is a discretionary order and in our view, the learned
judge has given cogent reasons while passing that order.
There is no reason to interfere with the said order.
Appeal is dismissed.
