Even
though order is passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this court [Coram:
M.R. Shah, J.] on 16.6.2010, directing notice to be issued to the
appellants to make alternative arrangement as the learned advocate
for the appellants has expired, the Registry has not issued notice to
the appellants till today.

In
view of the above, Registry is again directed to issue notice to the
appellants, returnable on 23rd August 2010.
