Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that

vide order dated 7th of February, 2011, the matter was referred to

the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna and the same was

directed to be listed after four months awaiting the report.

In view of the interim report of the Mediator dated 19 th of

May, 2011, let the matter be put up after four months along with the

final report.
