7. 20.9.2010. Learned Advocate General Mr. P.K Shahi has

appeared for the respondent State of Bihar. He has submitted

that all these appeals relate to the selection of the Police Sub

Inspectors in the Bihar Police. He further submits that the

entire selection is at large before the Hon’ble Supreme court in

S.L.P.No.20279-80 of 2009, S.L.P.No.25288-25289 of 2009

and S.L.P.No.4283 of 2010.

As the Hon’ble Supreme Court is hearing the

matters, these appeals are adjourned sine die.

Post all these appeals for admission after the

decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in above matters

pending before it.
