Taking into consideration that the petitioner is not named in

the first information report and his name came in this case in the

confessional statement of co-accused who has already been granted

the privilege of bail, let the petitioner Arjun Musahar be released on

bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge FTC

No. V, Kaimur at Bhabua in Sessions Trial no. 292 of 2009/ 148 of

2009 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 120 of 2005.
