14. 21.01.2011. The learned counsel for the respondent

submitted that I.A. No.350 of 2011 has been filed

on behalf of the respondent on 17.01.2011 may

also be heard along with the interlocutory

application placed today. The learned counsel

appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that

he has also filed interlocutory application No.401 of

2011 on 18.01.2011. The same application may

also be heard. The office is directed to list all these

3 interlocutory applications, i.e., one placed today

and the above two interlocutory applications, on

28th January, 2011.

The office is also directed to list the

analogous First Appeal No.232 of 2005 along with

I.A. No.349 of 2011.
