Counsel for the parties agree that the notifications under Section 4 and 6 of
the Land Acquisition Act, subject matter of challenge in the present writ
petition, are already under consideration before this Court in Writ Petition
No.29682 of 2009 wherein arguments have been heard and judgment has been
reserved. 2nd July, 2010 is the date fixed for the purpose.

In view of the aforesaid, let this writ petition be also listed on 2nd July, 2010.
Any action taken in between shall abide by the orders to be passed on 2nd
July, 2010.
