Mr. Mahesh Chandra, learned counsel for State Road Transport
Corporation informs that the petitioner claims disobedience of the
interim order dated 21.11.2003 passed by this court in writ
petition no. 7211 of 2003(SS), whereas the writ petition has been
allowed finally and the petitioner has been granted his retiral
dues. Therefore, the present contempt petition has lost its
efficacy and the same is dismissed. The notices issued to
opposite parties are hereby discharged.
