This application has been filed for restoration of

Civil Revision No. 296 of 2008 which stood dismissed for

non-compliance of the order dated 04.11.2010.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in

this application the same is allowed and the time granted for

compliance of the order dated 04.11.2010 is further

extended by two weeks from today. Civil Revision No. 296

of 2008 is restored to its original file and number subject to

the condition that the order dated 04.11.2010 is fully

complied within the aforesaid further period of two weeks.
