Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the
respondents.

With regard to his grievances the petitioner wants to make a fresh detailed
representation before Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur. In case the petitioner
makes such a representation within one week from today, the same shall be
decided by Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur within two weeks thereafter by
a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
