05. 14.10.2011 Sri N.N. Tiwary, APP having received

instruction states that four witnesses were recalled for

re-examination under Section 311 Cr.P.C., out of

whom three witnesses have already been examined

on 13.10.2011 and the 4th witness Nawal Kishore

Sharma shall be examined on 19.10.2011.

Put up on 20.10.2011 maintaining its

position in the same list, meanwhile learned A.P.P. as

also the O.S.D. should instruct the S.S.P., Patna for

ensuring examination of all the recalled witnesses by

19.10.2011.
