This petition was filed in the year 2001 regarding examination
concerned. The student was provisionally permitted to appear at
the examination. It will not be appropriate to examine the issue on
merits after 9 years.

The writ petition has been rendered infructuous by lapse of time. It
is, accordingly, dismissed.

The dismissal of the petition, however, will not affect the
declaration of the result, if any.
