Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions states that
as directed by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2009 in Special Appeal
No.128 (S/B) of 2000, appropriate decision has been taken on 21.12.2009 and
therefore, no further action is required in this contempt petition. His
submission is that the order has been complied with and if the petitioner has
any grievance, he may raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this contempt petition has become
infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
