2. 27.7.2011 This appeal shall be heard along with Cr. Appeal

No. 831 of 2011(S.J.) in which the lower court records have

already been called for.

On account of being convicted under different

sections of the I.P.C. as also the Prevention of Corruption Act

and being sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one

year, the appellant was admitted to provisional bail by the trial

court, i.e., Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Special Case No.

5 of 1991 which was valid till 30.7.2011.

The provisional bail granted to the appellant,

namely, Arun Kumar, in the above noted case is hereby

confirmed.
