2 13.4.2011 The petitioner may apply to the Examination

Controller once again who will examine the genuineness of the

admit card and mark sheet of the petitioner and if he is satisfied

that the mark sheet and the admit card are genuine, he should grant

the certificate of the petitioner passing the B.Sc. Botany Honours

Examination from the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura. This

order is being passed in terms of an order passed earlier in this

Court in CWJC No. 11804 of 2006, disposed of on 17.9.2007.

This writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid

direction.
