Sanjay R. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner
states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 10.02.2010,
the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.6,25,000/- with the
Commercial Tax Officer. In this view of the matter, interim relief
in terms of paragraph 9 (B) shall operate till 11.03.2010. S.O. to
11.03.2010. D.S. permitted.
