It has been submitted by Shri Sanjay Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner
that this writ petition has wrongly been filed at Allahabad. As the dispute
relates to district Sultanpur, therefore, this Court at Allahabad lacks
jurisdiction and hence the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.

In view of that, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the
petitioner to approach the Lucknow Bench of this Court for redressal of his
grievance. This order has been passed in the presence of learned Standing
Counsel and Shri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for U.P. Secondary
Education Services Selection Board, Allahabad.
