On 6.7.2010 the Court had directed Sri M.A. Qadeer, learned counsel for the
U.P. Public Service Commission to produce the application form of the
petitioner alongwith enclosures. Sri M.A. Qadeer stated that U.P. Public
Service Commission had informed him that the record has been weeded out.

He prays time to file an affidavit as to when and under what circumstances
record has been weeded out. On his request, list on 4.8.2010.
