2006 (Vikesh Verma Vs. Arvind Singh Chandel), under Section 138
Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Kidwai Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar
pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. VII, Kanpur Nagar.
This criminal misc. application is dismissed with a direction that the bail
prayer of the applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if
possible on the same day.
