ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR. M.S.SHAH)

This
Letters Patent Appeal is directed against order dated 8th
January, 2008 of the learned Single Judge, dismissing the petition,
in which the petitioner had challenged the cancellation of the
Licence under the Gujarat Essential Commodities (Licensing Control
and Stock Declaration) Order, 1981.

2.
The cancellation of the Licence was done on the ground that the
petitioner had committed several serious malpractices and
irregularities and had committed breach of the conditions of the
Licence.

3.
The order of the Licensing Authority was confirmed by the Appellate
Authority i.e. the Collector, and also by the Revisional Authority
i.e. the State Government.

4. In
view of the concurrent findings of fact given by all the three
authorities, and the fact that the learned Single Judge has also
found no merit in the petition, we are not inclined to admit this
appeal, which in any case, does not raise any question of law as
such. The appeal is therefore, summarily dismissed.

The
Civil Application also stands disposed of.
