3. 01.04.2011 In light of the earlier order dated 15.3.2011 learned Additional

Advocate General No. 1 submits that he has discussed the matter with

the senior government functionaries and the discussions are continuing.

The Government seriously proposes to evolve a system and solution

within the confines of law. He requests for listing the matter after two

weeks.

If by the next date the Government does not place on affidavit

the developments taking place question of any interim order may arise

for consideration.
