In reply to the show cause notice, issued by this Court, reply by
way of short affidavit of Dr.R.S. Jaglan, Registrar, Guru Jambheshwar
University of Science & Technology, Hisar has been filed. Alongwith this
affidavit order dated 18.06.2009 (Annexure R-1) has been placed on record
whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this
petition at this stage and seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order in
accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition is ordered to be
dismissed as not pressed.
