petitioner in presence of Sri Bishwa Mohan Sinha, learned counsel

for the Respondents submits that during the pendency of the

present writ petition, grievances of the petitioner have already

been redressed and, as such, he does not want to press this

petition.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
