Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved application
for grant of fire arm licence on 26.12.2006. Petitioner
submits that till date no endeavour has been taken by the
authority concerned to decide the same.
Consequently, Licensing Authority/ District Magistrate of the
concern district is directed to see and ensure that final
decision is taken in accordance with law preferably within
period of four months from the date of production of certified
copy of this order. Whatever decision is taken, same be
communicated to the petitioner.

With these observation, writ petition is disposed of.
