Counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 is
taken on record, whereby it has been submitted that special
appeal against order dated 23.12.2009 passed by this Court
in writ petition no. 4505 of 2007 (M/S) (Ramesh Tiwari Vs.
State of U.P. and others) has been preferred. Keeping in view
the pendency of the special appeal, learned Additional Chief
Standing counsel makes a request to postpone the matter for
four weeks, which is being opposed by the learned counsel
for the petitioners. However, in the interest of justice, I hereby
postpone the matter for two weeks.
