Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has
moved representation before the respondent no. 2 to the writ
petition which is pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner has
restricted his prayer to the extent that the representation of the
petitioner be decided within a stipulated period of time.

In the circumstance of the case the respondent no. 2 to this writ
petition is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner by
speaking order in accordance with law, if possible within a period
of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order. The petitioner will be afforded opportunity of hearing by the
concerned authority before passing the order.

The concerned authority after taking decision on the representation
of the petitioner will communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directing the writ petition is disposed of finally.
