2 17.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned
Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and it appears from
perusal of impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIth,
Patna that petitioner along with one Sunil Paswan was arrested in
Nagarbausa P.S. Case No.139/2009 along with the alleged stolen
motorcycle, and subsequently, he as well as above stated co-accused
Sunil Paswan were ramanded in this case. The report of list and computer
of this Court shows that aforesaid Sunil Paswan has already been
released on bail vide order dated 23.7.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
24349 of 2010.
In the aforesaid circumstance, let the petitioner, namely,
Ashish Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
satisfaction of Smt. Kumari Vijaya, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in
connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.326/2009.
