having identical allegation to that of the

petitioner has been allowed bail by another

Bench of this Court vide Cr.Misc.No. 11202 of

2011.

Taking that into consideration, the

above named petitioner is directed to be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Sahkund

(Sajour) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2010.
