04. 20.06.2011 In spite of due indulgence granted to the

State respondents to comply the orders of the High

Court dated 22.3.2010, the same has not been complied

with for want of clear vacancy position in the Building

Construction Department of the State Government. In

the circumstances, it is deemed expedient to direct the

Agriculture Production Commissioner to appear before

this Court on 30.6.2011 so as to inform this Court

about the department in which the services of the

petitioner shall be adjusted in the light of the

proceedings of the High Powered Committee dated

12/26.8.2010.

Put up on 30.06.2011 maintaining its

position in the same list.
