Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
During the pendency of this writ petition, an
affidavit has been filed by the petitioners in which
it is pointed out that a review appeal has been filed
by the petitioner before the Managing Director,
Rajasthan Financial Corporation, Udhyog Bhawan Jaipur,
which is under consideration.
In this view of the matter, the respondent
No.1 is directed to decide the said review appeal
filed by the petitioners in accordance with law within
a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of
certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the
writ petition is disposed of.
