Short counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party no.1 filed today is taken on
record.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Representation as directed by this Court has been disposed of vide order dated
20.01.2010, which is evident from the short counter affidavit filed by opposite
party no.1.

In this view of the matter, no further order is required in this contempt
petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty
to challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum.
