03. 10.8.2011 Though a categorical order was recorded on

6.7.2011 that no further indulgence will be granted by the Court

in matter of filing of show cause but the usual persistence of the

State counsel subsists as there is no show cause in place and two

weeks further time is prayed for.

In the exceptional circumstance explained by the

counsel for the State, let these matters come up in the same

position on 24.8.2011.

Failure to file show cause will surely entail

consequence for the State this time.
