The applicant has filed an application for impleadment of Mr. Alok Ranjan,
Principal Secretary , Nagar Vikas, Government of U.P. , Lucknow as
opposite party no. 6 in the array of the opposite parties.

The impleadment application is allowed.

Let necessary incorporation be carried out during the course of the day.

Notice may also be issued to the newly added opposite party, who may file
his counter affidavit within six weeks from the date of receipt of the notice.

List this matter immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
