It is stated that the transfer application dated 3.3.2010 is pending before
District Magistrate, Mau. He is directed to finally decide the matter
expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of
production of certified copy of this order before him.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed
of.
