Counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party No.3 is taken on record,
through which it has been submitted that the Committee of Management has
proposed the post for promotion to the petitioner on the post of Lecturer and
the same has been forwarded for approval to the District Inspector of Schools.

List again in the 1st week of August, 2010 to enable the learned Standing
Counsel to show cause what decision has been taken in the matter by the
District Inspector of Schools.
