Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cases which are
charged against the petitioner, are triable by the Magistrate and the case was only
registered as a complaint. No Police case was even registered. The petitioner is
behind bars since 13.12.2010.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court
considers it appropriate that the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in
connection with C/1 Case No. 3345 of 2010, subject to the condition that he shall
report to the concerned Police Station once in a month, failing which his bail bond
shall be liable to be cancelled.
