Learned counsel for the private respondent no.4 has indicated that the matter
is being passed over at the behest of the learned counsel for the petitioner
repeatedly.

However, it is pointed out to the Court that Sri S.C.Srivastava, learned
counsel for the petitioner is out of town with regard to the treatment of his
wife.

Accordingly, list after two weeks.
