Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.

This petition was filed against the transfer order in the year 2007 and an
interim order dated 18.8.2007 was passed staying the operation and
implementation of the transfer order. The petitioner is being reverted under
the garb of the transfer order. The interim order is continuing since 2007.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the
direction that the opposite parties will be at liberty to transfer the petitioner on
an equivalent post.

Petition is disposed of.
